The Opportunity As part of the Software and Product Innovation team, you will provide cross‑team technical and strategic leadership for major tax innovation platforms. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a top level to drive project success. This role offers the chance to shape the future of tax services through AI‑enabled capabilities, collaborating with senior leaders and driving modernization across products. Responsibilities Provide strategic and technical leadership for tax innovation platforms. Oversee large‑scale projects and drive process enhancements. Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance AI‑enabled tax services. Maintain operational excellence in project execution and delivery. Foster cross‑team collaboration to achieve project goals. Analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions. Maintain elevated client engagement to support project success. Champion modernization initiatives across product offerings. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree. At least 6 years of experience. What Sets You Apart Master's Degree preferred. Leading multiple engineering teams in agile environments. Designing and evolving enterprise or SaaS architectures. Leading system migrations and legacy modernization. Possessing knowledge of multi‑cloud strategies and security. Integrating AI and advanced analytics into production systems. Defining technical standards for AI and data systems. Mentoring engineering leaders and architects. Managing uncertainty and competing priorities. The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
