This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on operational execution, enjoys managing complex administrative processes, and delivers a welcoming, engaging experience during virtual interactions with new hires.As the Onboarding Specialist, you will oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle for employees across more than 20 locations nationwide. You'll ensure every new hire is onboarded accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements—all while meeting demanding deadlines and creating a positive first impression of our organization. As one of the first members of our HR team that new employees interact with, you'll play a key role in representing our culture and helping every new team member feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success.While you will virtually onboard new employees located throughout the United States, this is a full-time, in-office position based with our Human Resources team.
