Entry-Level Administrator Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 + excellent company benefits Location / Hybrid: Reading – hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home) Our client, a global organisation with an excellent reputation, is seeking an Entry-Level Administrator to join their commercial team based in Reading. Working as part of a fast-paced and people-focused team, this role will provide key administrative support across customer orders, supplier coordination, and internal sales processes. The role This position focuses on supporting the smooth processing of orders and contracts, ensuring accuracy at every stage while working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Duties Processing sales orders accurately through internal systems Checking order details against customer requirements Ensuring all relevant documentation is uploaded and complete Placing orders on hold where required information is missing Verifying purchase pricing and resolving discrepancies Keeping customers updated on order progress and delivery times Carrying out final checks to ensure accuracy before completion Raising invoices and supporting order reporting Responding to internal queries and liaising with relevant teams Chasing outstanding actions and escalating issues where necessary Processing new and renewal contracts Identifying and flagging any errors within order processing Ensuring contracts meet required information standards before approval Supporting invoicing processes for contracts Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion Experience / Skills required Previous office-based or administrative experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills with a professional manner Confident using Microsoft Office applications Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Uxbridge Employment
