NP are the champions of care for the patient in a provider lead environment.
Small Panels: This allows you to focus on outcomes.
Support Team: Onsite Pharmacy, Dietician, Social Worker, Case Manager, Front Desk, Podiatry and Endocrinology support.

Compensation and Benefits:
Full-time hours are Monday Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m.
Market Leading Compensation: Competitive Salary, bonus and benefits,
Mileage reimbursement for any home visits.
