Overview
Registered Nurse – PCU/Telemetry (Travel) – Pocatello, Idaho. Travel assignment on a 24-bed Progressive Care / Stepdown / Telemetry unit with Nights (3x12-hour shifts). Start date: 09/08/2026. Duration: Weeks. Weekly pay: $1,835–$1,934 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. This hospital-based unit serves adults and geriatrics with a focus on cardiac and post-acute care, and the facility carries major accreditations including Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level II Trauma, and Chest Pain Accredited status.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and care for adult and geriatric patients on telemetry, recognizing dysrhythmias and responding to changes promptly
- Manage vasoactive/cardiac infusions per protocol (no titration required) and provide non-invasive airway support as needed
- Perform central and peripheral line care; administer blood products and assist with procedures such as emergent cardioversion
- Utilize BIPAP/CPAP and IPPB as part of respiratory support; collaborate with Respiratory Therapy
- Participate in Rapid Response and Code events; coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams (IV team, PT, Pharmacy, Social Services, Radiology)
- Document thoroughly in the electronic charting system and maintain patient safety and infection control standards

Requirements
- Active RN license in Idaho or a valid Compact license in hand at submittal
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Minimum 1 year RN experience; travel experience not required; prior charge experience not required
- Ability to work in a PCU/Telemetry setting with adult and geriatric populations
- Willingness to adhere to unit-based procedures and participate in on-site onboarding
