Mortgage Operations Lead: Processing & Closings

M/I Homes is seeking a senior loan processing operations leader in the United States, reporting to the Operations Manager/Branch Manager. You will direct daily production of the mortgage processing team, help process files, and support underwriting to ensure timely and accurate closings. You will mentor processors, monitor daily outputs, and develop reports for executives.
