General Job Responsibilities Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative anesthesia management and postoperative pain management. National certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
