We're seeking a full-time, licensed OTR/L to join a collaborative, forward-thinking therapy team that values innovation, connection, and results. Whether you're seasoned or just starting your journey, this role offers the chance to do work that matters in a place that moves to its own rhythm.

Job Description
  • Build Personalized Treatment Strategies: Identify patients' needs and develop customized therapy plans to aid them in achieving their functional goals
  • Execute Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize evidence-backed practices to enhance patients' motor skills, cognition, and daily living activities
  • Work with Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure comprehensive, holistic care
  • Instruct Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and families on therapy techniques to support ongoing progress at home
  • Monitor and Document Development: Track clinical outcomes and adjust treatment as needed, ensuring patients stay on course
Education
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Continuing education or post-grad certifications are encouraged and supported
Certifications
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
Skills
  • A passion for people and a natural drive to help others achieve their highest level of independence
  • Clear, empathetic communication with both patients and colleagues
  • Ability to think creatively and adjust plans to meet a variety of needs
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a tight-knit, interdisciplinary team
Benefits
  • Supportive, team-oriented environment with growth opportunities
  • Full-time schedule with flexible shifts
  • Clinical mentorship and career development resources
  • Access to top-tier tools, facilities, and documentation systems
  • Participation in quality improvement and innovation initiatives

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll do more than treat symptoms-you'll help restore routines, rebuild confidence, and rekindle joy in daily living. From guiding stroke patients through fine motor rehabilitation to helping orthopedic patients regain mobility after surgery, you'll use every ounce of your expertise to provide person-centered care that fosters resilience and independence.

This isn't a place for shortcuts or checklists. It's a setting where each patient is a story, and each therapy session is a chapter in their comeback. You'll work closely with fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers to co-create rehabilitation plans that are as unique as the individuals behind them.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who sees occupational therapy not just as a profession, but a calling. Someone who lights up when a patient uses their hand again, walks with fewer steps of assistance, or shares a story they hadn't been able to express before.

Whether you're an experienced OTR/L or a rising star just certified, you'll thrive here if you bring heart, hustle, and humility to your work. If you love the idea of blending high-quality care with a high-quality lifestyle, you've found your place.

Let's Build Something Meaningful - Together

This is your invitation to be part of something bigger than a job title. Here, your work will shape futures, fuel recoveries, and restore what was lost. And you'll do it in a region known for its balance of hustle and harmony.

So if you're ready to grow, give back, and ground yourself in a community that cares, we're ready for you.
