Customer Reliability Engineer - Kubernetes & Cloud

Blitzy in Cambridge, MA is seeking a hands-on L2 Support Engineer to ensure a stable environment across the full lifecycle—from installation to upgrades and day-to-day operation. You will work with L1 to triage issues and escalate to engineering, operating across Kubernetes, Docker and major cloud providers. Strong debugging, monitoring, and communication skills are essential.
