TJAR Innovations is seeking a dependable **Plastic Injection Press Operator **to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating injection molding machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Experience with plastic injection molding equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines
• Inspect molded parts for quality and defects
• Trim, assemble, and package finished plastic products
• Follow work instructions and production schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report equipment issues or production problems to supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating injection molding machines preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule:

• Full-time
