In this role, you will lead root cause analysis and structured problem-solving across field failures, and customer complaints. You will drive process improvement initiatives, run reports, and collaborate across departments to raise quality standards throughout the business, with training provided to get you up to speed on the company's products.

This role would suit a Quality Engineer from a manufacturing background with process improvement experience, looking for cross-functional responsibility and a clear path to Quality Manager.

The Role:

• Lead and participate in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving, field failures, and customer complaints
• Drive process improvement initiatives and run quality reports
• Collaborate cross-functionally to raise quality standards across the business

The Person:

• Quality Engineer with a manufacturing background
• Process improvement and root cause analysis experience
• ISO 9001 knowledge (supplier quality experience an advantage)
