Care Advocate Coordinator

As a full-time remote Care Advocate Coordinator I, the candidate will manage inbound and outbound communications with patients and members, resolving issues related to care and app navigation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Key responsibilities Provide patient and member support through calls and emails, identifying and resolving issues efficiently Coordinate care by routing concerns to clinical resources and following up until resolution Document all interactions accurately in Zendesk, ensuring compliance with quality and privacy standards Required qualifications 1+ year of experience in healthcare, customer service, or a call center environment High school diploma or GED Availability to work full-time, including at least one consistent weekend day each week Comfort using multiple computer systems simultaneously while taking accurate notes Familiarity with iPhone and Android apps, and experience using AI tools for information retrieval
