This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the medical strategy for encaleret across clinical development programs, including autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1 (ADH1) and chronic hypoparathyroidism. The position is critical to advancing scientific engagement, evidence generation and dissemination, clinical development support, and lifecycle planning, and to preparing for United States launch and post marketing activities. The Medical Director, Medical Affairs will serve as a key cross-functional partner, providing medical expertise and strategic leadership and partnership across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, Patient Advocacy, and Field Medical. This role will also represent BridgeBio externally with investigators, key opinion leaders (KOLs), patient organizations, and the broader scientific community.
