Compliance Analyst Lead

In this role you lead a team of compliance analysts across Eurasia to deploy Chevron's policies and sustain a robust compliance program. You advise stakeholders, provide timely guidance on complex requirements, and coordinate governance activities to mitigate risk. You will act as a subject matter expert for policy interpretation and drive training and capability building. This position offers impact by shaping how compliance is integrated into regional business activities and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a regional compliance analytics team to deploy and sustain policies across Eurasia
• Build organizational capability through training and advisory support
• Act as subject matter expert to ensure business processes meet policy expectations
• Provide timely guidance on compliance applications to real-time transactions
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders and coordinate Compliance Committees, Risk Assessments, and Representation Letters
• Facilitate resolution of Business Conduct and Ethics Code issues, investigations, and sensitive matters
• Support Regional Compliance Manager in assessing the compliance environment, identifying issues, and overseeing corrective actions
• Ensure timely implementation of recommended actions and monitor progress

Key requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in Accountancy, Business, or Law
• Post graduate professional designation (e.g. CPA, Chartered Accountant, MBA)
• 5+ years' experience in a similar capacity or in a professional services audit or consultancy (Big 4)
