Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides individualized therapy services including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education and communication to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving functional goals. Evaluates functional needs and developments, and consults with other specialists. Adjusts care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Required:

Basic Life Support
Physical Therapist

Preferred:

Advanced Life Support
Cardiopulmonary Resus
