Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current or pending SLP-CCC or SLP-CF licensure for Florida
• Experience in school settings is a plus, but early-career applicants are strongly encouraged
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and staff
• Familiarity with IEP processes, assessments, and documentation

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students across K–12 grade levels
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation for goal tracking and IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s success
• Engage in regular communication with families, teachers, and administrators
