As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kim Holland - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Hayward, CA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
- Auto insurance
- Home insurance
- Life insurance
- Retirement planning
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Hayward, CA.
- Our office is open Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Sat. 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish
