Real Estate Director of Operations

Overview
We're looking for a Real Estate Director of Operations to support our small but mighty collaborative.
Responsibilities
- Run the backend of our business: answer incoming calls, manage the office e-mail, and manage the process of preparing our listings for sale.
- Coordinate vendors, schedule photography, floor plans, and lawn signs for listings.
- Ensure everything is scheduled and in place for Sunday and Tuesday open houses.
- Attend private home showings and home inspections.
- Provide support to agents to help ensure tasks are completed to support their sales.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Extremely responsive with a passion for engaging with people and delivering a white glove service experience.
- Enjoys being very active (in and out of the car, the office, houses) and is highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong memory to easily keep track of different houses.
- Team player who shines in a support role.
- Bonus: keen interest in interior design.
Compensation
Compensation: $90,000 yearly
