What You'll Own
As a Regional Account Executive, you'll have responsibility for developing and growing business throughout the Pacific Northwest with a strong focus on the Seattle market.
You will:
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through contract execution
- Develop relationships with owners, operators, asset managers, regional managers, and executive leadership teams
- Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, in-market visits, referrals, networking, and industry engagement
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistently exceed activity and revenue goals
- Represent Virtual Blue at apartment association events, conferences, trade shows, and networking functions
- Become a trusted advisor to multifamily operators evaluating security and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate closely with operations, customer success, and leadership teams to ensure successful client outcomes
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will:
- Establish Virtual Blue as a recognized solution provider throughout the territory
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Develop strategic relationships with key ownership and management groups
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Help drive the continued expansion of Virtual Blue throughout the region
What You Bring
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience
- Experience selling into the multifamily industry is a strong plus
- Demonstrated success prospecting and closing net-new business
- Experience selling into multifamily housing, property management, security, technology, SaaS, or related industries is preferred
- Strong communication, discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build executive-level relationships
- Excellent organizational and territory planning abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
Role Requirements
- Remote position based in the Pacific Northwest
- Travel expected up to approximately 60%
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional home office suitable for video meetings and client presentations
