Only a plain stud is allowed in one nostril (no jewels)Ears may be pierced; all jewelry must be plain studs (no jewels, hoops, or dangles)Hair must be kept neat and out of the face at all timesBeards may be up to 0.25" in length; in the kitchen, a beard net must be worn at all timesNails must remain a natural length and not be visible from the underside of the hand.
