Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Server Assistant / Barback to join our team. This role assists in contributing to an exceptional dining experience by cleaning tables, removing dirty dishes, reset table settings, and servicing items to guests such as water, teas, coffee, and condiments. A great Federal server assistant/barback can manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This member of the team pays attention to details, cares about performing quality work and contributing to a friendly and productive team atmosphere. Responsibilities Sanitation of tables, seats, and resets to our standards with clean tablecloths, and table settings Brings dirty dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. to kitchen Refill waters, coffees, teas, etc Brings out bread & butter to guests Polishing, cleaning, stocking of smallwares and products needed to give great service Restaurant cleanliness - occasional dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc. Qualifications Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred Attention to detail Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks Able to work in a fast-paced environment Works well with others Food Safety Certification Benefits/Perks Direct Deposit Paid Time Off Advancement Opportunities 401K - 100% Vested Compensation Range: $4/ hour plus tips #J-18808-Ljbffr Federal American Grill
