You’ll partner with experts across the business to deliver training that drives consistent, high-quality performance.As a Senior Training Specialist in Chase Travel’s Learning & Development Team, you facilitate instructor-led training that supports business goals and builds capability across the advisor population. You create an inclusive learning environment, adapt to different learning styles, and monitor progress to ensure strong outcomes. You collaborate closely with leaders and subject matter experts to continuously improve the training experience.Job responsibilitiesFacilitate instructor-led training sessions using adult learning principles and strong classroom managementCreate an active, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports learner successCoach learners during onboarding and recurring training, providing timely, actionable developmental feedbackReinforce performance expectations and document coaching aligned to defined metricsAdminister written and online knowledge checks and report learner performance trendsPartner with leaders to ensure learners receive consistent coaching throughout their training programCollaborate with subject matter experts to align training content to business objectivesBuild relationships with internal partners to identify workflow changes and training impactsManage new hire training processes in alignment with firm policies and proceduresAdjust facilitation approach to meet diverse learning needs while monitoring progressSupport additional training-related work within the scope of the role as neededRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degree in learning and development, education, or a related field and 2 years of learning and development experience, or 5 years of equivalent training/facilitation experienceProven instructor-led facilitation skills, including effective instruction and classroom managementStrong verbal and written communication skills, including confident public speakingDemonstrated ability to apply adult learning methodologies and effective coaching techniquesStrong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervisionDemonstrated project management experience managing multiple priorities concurrentlyStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and partnership across teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePointWorking knowledge of travel industry booking tools (Travelport+, Sabre)Business acumen and the ability to connect learning outcomes to performance expectationsFlexibility to travel occasionally, domestically and/or internationallyPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in the travel and loyalty marketing industryChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
