DescriptionUp $24-29/hrOnsite in Burbank, CAKey Responsibilitieso Perform order and task entries in different systems based on client requestso Coordinate information and assets from different teamso Work with the Senior Project Coordinators and Project Managers and other colleagues to eliminate blockerso Produce project status and deliverable reports with a focus on “At Risk” and “Overdue” queues as assignedo Create, research, collect, and/or source archival material from company or client systems and stage assets on production servers as per standard operating procedureso Participate in regular production calls with the team and across departmentso Maintain clear communication with Project Managers, Coordinators, Department Leads, and Clientso Partner with supervisors in championing customer service excellence and world-class delivery standardso Lead or participate in training or documentation initiatives as assignedo Implement training, quality control and capacity building activities as assignedo Assist in scheduling, task assignments, and workflow improvemento When assigned, develop training material/program and coach otherso Mentorship, training and support to Project Coordinators within area of responsibilityo Must be able to work under minimal supervision and take ownershipo Assist in new hire training/shadowingo Other duties as assigned RequirementsEducation / Professional Certificationo Bachelor's degree in film, media, business administration, translation, linguistics, or a related field Work Experienceo At least 1 year of experience in translation, localization, digital media, or production/post-production project management Communication Skillso Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of another language is highly desired. Can communicate effectively and respectfully within a cross-cultural business settingo Advanced business writing skills, excellent grammar and punctuationo Comfortable with leading production calls ensuring accurate minute-taking and action item tracking Technical Qualificationso EssentialAdvanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointUnderstanding of data, file, and media asset management systemso PreferredExperience in translation/localization workflows and management systems and toolsGood knowledge of professional subtitling software and/or dubbing tools and/or audio/video editing softwareJob SummaryID: A30FE84E3BDepartment: Client Operations
