Job Description

Blitz Marketing is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This is an opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on sales experience, develop valuable business skills, and earn performance-based income.

Whether you're a college student, recent graduate, or someone interested in starting a career in sales, we provide the training, mentorship, and resources needed to help you succeed.

No previous sales experience is required.

This is a travel-based position, with representatives working primarily throughout the Upper Midwest. Eligible team members receive company-provided housing and covered travel expenses during qualifying work assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through face-to-face, door-to-door sales.
• Present and explain company products and services to prospective customers.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

100% Commission-Based Compensation | Average Earnings: $10,000–$50,000

This position is compensated entirely through commissions earned on qualifying sales. Earnings vary based on individual performance, sales volume, and applicable commission terms. There is no guaranteed base salary.
