Speech-Language Pathologist

Desired qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Active or eligible Minnesota SLP license
• Experience or strong interest in working with children from birth to five years old
• Skilled in providing therapy both in-person (including home visits) and via teletherapy platforms
• Familiarity with the needs of preschool-aged children and family-centered intervention models
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

What you'll do:

• Provide engaging, targeted speech and language therapy to children ages 0-5 in both home visit and preschool environments
• Use evidence-based practices to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure progress and support carryover
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet school and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the evaluation process, participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, and communicate student progress effectively
• Use teletherapy modalities as needed to reach children and families in various settings
