Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical OT-8HR unit
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient outcomes
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active California RN license
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work weekends and flexible days as needed
