Regional Home Health Quality & Patient Experience Lead

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Regional Home Health Quality and Patient Experience Coordinator. You will report to the Home Health Quality and Patient Experience Zone Manager and oversee agency quality improvement and outcome performance. Responsibilities include annual on-site assessments, data analysis with leadership, survey support, regulatory knowledge, and coordinating monthly quality reviews.
