Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with their shopping needs. Share product knowledge by demonstrating merchandise and staying informed on promotions and policies. Achieve sales goals and help teammates do the same by leading by example. Assist in recruiting and training new teammates, fostering a positive culture on the sales floor. Manage visual merchandise standards and ensure the sales floor is well‑organized and appealing. Work flexibly, potentially including evenings, weekends, and major holidays. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not include supervisory responsibilities. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; training or retail experience is beneficial. Physical Demands: Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50lbs. Regular standing, walking, reaching, and occasional sitting. Work Environment: Work typically occurs in a retail setting with moderate noise levels.
