Shifts Available: 3pm-11pm


Rate of pay: $19.85 hour Min to $22.70 hour Max (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

Position Summary

The Registered Medication Aide is responsible for safely and accurately administering medications, monitoring residents, and assisting with daily living activities as needed - all while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policy.
• Observe residents for side effects, changes in condition, or unusual reactions and report promptly to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities as needed.
• Support residents' emotional and social well-being through compassionate interactions.
• Maintain accurate medication records and uphold confidentiality.
• Promote safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification in the State of VA.
• Prior experience in Assisted Living , Memory Care , or Senior Living preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused.

Salary/ Wage Range

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
