The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, be clearable, and possess at least 15 years of experience in federal business development, capture, or relevant military experience. A background in the professional services arena, particularly in areas such as aviation or vehicle MRO, logistics, engineering, or test ranges, is essential. International experience is preferred, and the candidate should have a proven track record of leading sizable capture efforts, with a value of $100M or more.
