Sr. Program Manager DA Eligibility, Worldwide DSP Performance

The Sr. Program Manager, Eligibility is a cross-functionally strategic, analytical, and influential role responsible for leading the end-to-end eligibility and screenings program globally—including background checks, drug testing, as well as alternative screening methodologies. The PM owns the creation and implementation of policy, programmatic and tech changes to Delivery Associate (DA) screenings and eligibility. The PM must influence Senior leaders through written communication of policy and program changes which explain the greater impact to the business. In addition, the PM will deliver multiple projects at once.This position requires a leader with tenacity and exceptional business judgment who serves as both the tactical and strategic partner to cross-functional teams supporting Delivery Service Partner (DSP) and DA onboarding and eligibility. The Sr. Program Manager defines screening and eligibility policy, programs, and mechanisms in a complex and ambiguous space, ensuring organizational success while delivering a globally scalable experience leveraging tech and programmatic enhancements. This role requires a leader with solid analytical abilities, sound business acumen, and exceptional written and oral communication skills. Additional responsibilities will encompass the project development lifecycle, from requirements gathering, and intake management to UAT coordination, and end user training. The Sr Program Manager plays a crucial role in defining/iterating policy and deploying automated solutions to ensure organizational success. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
