We’re seeking a Staff Product Manager to identify and build IAS’s next generation of products across emerging advertising platforms, including retail media networks, connected television, digital out-of-home, and AI-driven media buying. In this highly strategic, zero-to-one role, you will evaluate these evolving ecosystems, identify where IAS can create differentiated value, and lead the development of new products and revenue streams. You will have the opportunity to think beyond IAS’s existing portfolio and build solutions specifically designed for the needs of each market. This role is ideal for an independent and customer‑focused product leader with deep AdTech knowledge, strong technical fluency, and a track record of turning ambiguous market opportunities into successful products. What you’ll get to do Define and lead product strategy across emerging advertising platforms, including retail media networks, CTV, digital out‑of‑home, and AI‑driven media buying. Evaluate where advertising investment is shifting and identify opportunities for IAS to create differentiated products and new revenue streams. Develop a deep understanding of the customers, workflows, technology, data signals, and business models within each ecosystem. Lead zero‑to‑one product development from initial market research and customer discovery through validation, development, launch, and adoption. Design products specifically for the needs of each customer persona rather than relying solely on existing digital advertising products or traditional media‑quality metrics. Identify the most meaningful problems for IAS to solve, such as brand representation in AI‑generated environments, transparency in agentic media buying, or measurement and outcomes in retail media and digital out‑of‑home. Build business cases based on customer demand, market potential, competitive dynamics, technical feasibility, and revenue opportunity. Partner directly with advertisers, agencies, retailers, publishers, media owners, technology platforms, and other ecosystem participants to uncover unmet needs and validate potential solutions. Translate complex market and customer needs into clear product strategies, requirements, and prioritized roadmaps. Collaborate closely and create alignment across with and across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial/Sales, and Data Science to make product and architecture decisions that support scalable and differentiated solutions. Establish product‑market fit through customer feedback, experimentation, product signals, and data‑driven decision‑making. Represent IAS in customer, partner, and industry conversations, clearly communicating our vision for emerging advertising platforms. Requirements 10+ years of product management experience, ideally within AdTech, MarTech, media, or a related B2B technology environment. Direct product experience in retail media, CTV, digital out‑of‑home, programmatic advertising, or AI‑driven media buying; retail media or digital out‑of‑home experience is especially valuable. Strong knowledge of how digital advertising is bought, delivered, measured, and optimized. Proven experience leading zero‑to‑one products from customer discovery and market validation through launch, adoption, and revenue generation. A customer‑centric approach and the ability to develop differentiated products around the needs of new and evolving markets. Strong technical fluency and experience partnering with Engineering and Data Science on APIs, integrations, data products, or measurement systems. Ability to evaluate opportunities, build business cases, set priorities, and balance long‑term strategy with hands‑on execution. Independent decision‑maker who can operate effectively in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments. Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills across technical teams, commercial partners, customers, and executive leadership. Experience launching products through external platform partnerships and collaborating with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing is a plus. Compensation & Benefits IAS Pay Transparency: The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. All full‑time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans.
