Supervisor Maintenance

Description Supervises maintenance and repair section of Central Boiler and Chiller Plant Operations department. Participates in and directs section activities. Requires minimal supervision. Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience in the building trades with 2 years as a Supervisor Preferred Qualifications: Related coursework/training or on-the-job training Associate's Degree Plant operations and maintenance experience Commercial experience in boilers, chillers, and other HVAC systems General Contractor or superintendent experience Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
