Job Overview A law firm seeks an attorney in Sandy Springs, GA, to join their team. Duties Communicate effectively with internal and external partners through verbal and written forms. Manage intake and substantiation of new claims from clients. Draft, review, and sign pleadings and correspondence. Participate in developing strategies for case presentations. Research and interpret laws, regulations, and procedures. Ensure compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and other regulations. Develop and maintain client relationships, acting in their best interest. Analyze and process data to ensure workflow compliance with laws and firm procedures. Perform other duties as required. Requirements Georgia Bar licensure required; other state bars (MS/TN/AL) welcomed. Experience with high-volume caseloads is beneficial; training provided. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and general computer use. Ability to manage multiple tasks daily. Minimum 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
