The Patient Care Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with medical facilities, therapy centers and assisted living facilities throughout the Monroe, LA area. Originate, manage and maintain relationships with medical facilities, physical therapy centers and assisted living facilities – as well as the personnel and doctors that work there – that refer patients to OPS. Originate new patient relationships to OPS including gathering of the initial information required to bring them into the OPS system. Coordinate the gathering of documentation and information for patients, as well as coordinating care between the practitioner and the patients’ physicians, therapists, and caregivers. Required Skills: Sales and Marketing Medical Terminology Excellent communication and organizational skills Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) Compensation and Benefits: You will have a base salary, company credit card for marketing (monthly allowance), and company gas card.
