Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM | $22 - $27/hour | Itasca, IL
Press Operator Requirements
• 5-10 years of press operator experience preferred
• Experience with punch press operations
• Ability to read tape measures and micrometers
• Basic computer skills
• Machine setup experience
• FL certification preferred
• Experience in metal stamping and loading ton coils into press machines
As a Press Operator, your responsibilities will include:
• Setting up and operating press machines for metal stamping
• Loading ton coils into the press machine safely and efficiently
• Ensuring products meet quality standards
• Using tape measures and micrometers to verify measurements
• Operating machines according to safety protocols
• Performing basic computer input and data tracking
• Performing routine machine maintenance
• Troubleshooting machine issues
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
