Whether your experience is with Ford, GM, Toyota, Honda, another dealership, or an independent repair shop — WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU!

You don't need Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram experience to join our team. We value your skills, experience, and work ethic, regardless of which manufacturer you've worked with.

Your experience deserves to be rewarded!

• EARN UP TO $50/HOUR! Competitive flat rate pay structure.
• SIGNING BONUS POTENTIAL — UP TO $3,500!
• WEEKLY EFFICIENCY BONUSES! Get rewarded for your productivity.
• 100% COMPANY-PAID HEALTH, DENTAL & VISION INSURANCE — FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!

Our rotating schedule offers:

• FOUR 10-HOUR WORKDAYS!
• FIVE CONSECUTIVE DAYS OFF EVERY THREE WEEKS!
• NO LATE-NIGHT SHIFTS!
• EVERY SUNDAY OFF!

Our service department operates Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–6 PM.

A SHOP BUILT FOR TECHNICIANS TO SUCCEED

A great paycheck means nothing if you don't have the work or equipment to back it up.

At Glendale, we're committed to providing an environment where experienced technicians can thrive.

• AIR-CONDITIONED SHOP! Our newly installed A/C helps keep you comfortable through those hot Missouri summers.
• STEADY WORKFLOW! High-volume Stellantis dealership with approximately 60% customer-pay repair orders.
• WEEKLY PRODUCTIVITY INCENTIVES! Your efficiency can translate into additional earnings.
• WELL-MAINTAINED EQUIPMENT! Work in a facility that invests in its technicians.
• COMPANY-PAID STELLANTIS TRAINING! We'll help you expand your knowledge and develop your skills.
• ESTABLISHED UNION ENVIRONMENT! Enjoy the benefits of a full-time union position.
