C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounting Clerk in Eldon, Missouri.
Salary/hours for Accounting Clerk: $19/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.(4-5 days/week)
Responsibilities:
- Processing freight billing and related documentation
- Calculating and applying fuel surcharges
- Tracking and reconciling mileage and fuel data
- Entering and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting general accounting-related tasks
- Ensuring accuracy while working with multiple reports and spreadsheets
- Must be proficient in billing platforms with US Bank, BluJay, Kenco, e2Open
- Strong attention to detail
- Must live within 30minute radius of Eldon
- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- Accounting background or experience preferred (or strong aptitude with math)
- Proficient with computers; Excel experience a plus
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
