PHSC maintains a longstanding academic affiliation with Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, offering opportunities to teach residents and fellows, participate in research, and contribute to one of the nation's largest ACGME-accredited Hand and Upper Extremity fellowships.

Robust exposure to shoulder and elbow reconstruction, arthroscopic surgery, trauma, and complex upper extremity cases, supported by advanced surgical facilities, technology, and integrated rehabilitation services.

Join a collegial faculty of 17 fellowship-trained upper extremity surgeons (orthopaedic and plastic-trained), with shared call responsibilities and the support of experienced APPs, therapists, and administrative professionals who value collaboration and innovation.

Primary base in Philadelphia, Langhorne and King of Prussia. Dynamic communities offering top schools, culture, and access to travel throughout the Northeast corridor.

Deliver exceptional, patient-centered shoulder and elbow care across clinic, OR, and call settings.

Teach and mentor fellows and residents through clinical rotations, lectures, and educational sessions (as desired).

Collaborate on clinical outcomes, research, and academic initiatives within a productive, multidisciplinary environment.

MD/DO from an accredited institution.

Fellowship in Shoulder & Elbow Surgery or Upper Extremity Surgery from an accredited program.

Board-eligible or Board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery.

No minimum prior experience required.

State licensure is not required at application; licensure will be obtained during onboarding.

Multi-state practice may include PA, NJ, and DE.
