Key Responsibilities Support testing, validation, and implementation of credit system enhancements, automations, and process improvements. Generate and deliver detailed reports on assigned portfolios to credit management, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Accurately perform data entry tasks, including the typing of waivers, to support the efficient processing and maintenance of credit applications. Oversee accounts receivable responsibilities, demonstrating proficiency in accounting software to streamline workflow and optimize financial performance. Direct Manager Direct Reports Direct Manager: The Credit Support Analyst within the Company reports directly to the Senior Credit Operations Manager. Direct Reports: This role does not include any direct reports. The Credit Support Analyst functions as an integral part of the credit management team and collaborates closely with both customers and internal managers to facilitate credit processes and manage accounts receivable workflows. In alignment with company objectives, the individual in this position will contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide comprehensive portfolio reports as requested by credit management.
