Entry Level Sales Representative
Full-Time | In-Person Position
Are you outgoing, motivated, and ready to build a career in sales? Crown Direct is looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing valuable professional sales and communication skills.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in person to understand their energy needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Educate customers on available promotions, products, and service options
- Complete customer enrollments, account setup, and service activations
- Track customer interactions and sales activity using company systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Participate in ongoing sales and leadership development programs
