Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New York State PT license required prior to the start of the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required, with orthopedic and neuro patient experience preferred.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred. Two or more years of outpatient experience strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Experience treating orthopedic and neurological patient populations preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00 - 15:00.
• Worksite: Hyde Park 11 Crum Elbow Road. May float to an outpatient Vassar location.
• Schedule includes varied daily start times: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM on some days and 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM on other days as required by the site schedule.

Impacting Patient Care
