Heat Treat Operator Manufacturing

NSC Staffing has immediate openings for machine operators in Frankfort, IN. Training will take place on the 1st shift for up to six weeks, then will be moved to the 3rd shift. Shift: 10:45pm-7:00am Pay: $18.75/hour (after training is completed). Attention to detail and ability to work overtime are very important for this role.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

• Ability to stand for a 10+ hr shift

• Maintain company quality standards

• Mechanically inclined

• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
