Maintenance Technician

We have a full time Maintenance Technician opening. All candidates must have mechanical experience & show willingness to learn. Below are some of the specific job requirements.

• Mechanical
• Light fabrication
• General maintenance duties

Employment includes access to our Industrial Clinic at Britt Family Medicine, where both convenient care and primary care options are available. This clinic provides a large range of medications in-house, as well as supplies for a large array of chronic health conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure. These appointments, medications, and supplies are completely free to the employee.

Employees also have the opportunity to earn the privilege of participating in the PEP program. Employees must be pre-approved to participate in PEP.

Pathways to Economic Participation (PEP) is an employee benefit that supports enhanced personal financial management skills and special products for successful home ownership and vehicle ownership.

The new PEP products and services include:

• Matching funds for employee savings
• Personal financial management skill development services by HOC offered during the workday at the worksite in partnership with Royer.
• The elimination of fees associated with checking and savings accounts.
• Home mortgage loan products
• Auto loan purchase product

PEP participants access these products only after demonstrating effective personal financial management skills resulting from their participation in the personal financial management skill development offered at the worksite during the workday.
