About Our Client Our client is a respected, mid‑sized General Contractor known for its work in the education and municipal space throughout Lisle and the surrounding suburbs. Job Description Our Assistant Project Manager will: Assist in managing K‑12 and higher education projects from preconstruction through closeout Support subcontractor buyout, scope review, and contract administration Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation Coordinate with Superintendents and subcontractors to maintain schedules, especially around academic calendars and phased construction Assist with budget tracking, cost reporting, and change order management Help ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and district‑specific requirements Coordinate materials, deliveries, and logistics to minimize disruption to ongoing school operations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
