The RN will need to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability while floating between different departments in alignment with patient care requirements.Responsibilities\n \n Deliver high-quality nursing care to all patients in accordance with established protocols.\n Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and implementing patient-centered interventions.\n Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions.\n Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.\n Document all patient interactions and care in the electronic health record (EPIC required).\n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n Must have a valid RN license with verification through Nursys.\n Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing specialty.\n Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.\n Ability to float to all medical-surgical areas as needed.\n Assignment Duration\n This is a 13-week contract position.Why ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
