Owens & Minor Global - - Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, courteous and efficient manner with a focus on high first contact resolution.; Handle issues and either resolve them or assign tasks to the appropriate team, escalating as needed; document communications in case management software.; Accurately enter manual orders and adjust ERP quantities to reflect flow of goods; research and correct order line errors.; Research order status and ETA requests; collaborate with supply chain touchpoints to prevent issues and provide timely updates.; Process returns, credits, RGAs, and communicate policies to customers; escalate and resolve shipping discrepancies as needed.
