Desktop Support Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in San Francisco, CA and provide end-user support. Duties and Responsibilities : Device scanner installation Computer and tablet configuration Peripheral device wire management Test installed devices Track installed devices Perform sign off on completed site Place equipment removed in boxes for shipment and refurbishment and return to stock Perform workstation configuration Manually add scanners Skills and Qualifications : Excellent customer service skills Printer installation experience Attention to detail and able to adapt in a changing environment Wage Range : The rate for this position is between $24.75 - $33.00 per hour , unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
