LHH is working with a full service, Vault Ranked, mid-sized firm that is looking to expand its Employment practice. They are seeking an Associate with 2+ years of experience.
This role offers a diverse mix of employment litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, and counseling, including:
- Employment discrimination and retaliation claims
- Restrictive covenants, trade secrets, non-competes, and non-solicitation matters
- Internal investigations
- Union disputes and collective bargaining negotiations
- Employment counseling and advice
- General commercial litigation
