Behavioral Health Technicians are responsible for the care, safety, support, logistics, and supervision of clients in our mental health programs. If you’re ready to be part of a team that values integrity, compassion, and dedication to client recovery, for Day Shift Responsibilities Maintain accountability by reinforcing facility policies and procedures. Serve as a positive role model for clients through punctuality, professional appearance, respectful communication, and responsible conduct. Accurately and promptly document client notes. Safely transport clients to clinical groups, outside activities, meetings, and appointments. Support the overall treatment environment by ensuring client safety and well-being. individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a licensed professional. Provide direct support and care to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress towards goals. Assist in crisis intervention and management when necessary. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Minimum 2 years as a Behavioral Health Technician in a mental health setting (preferred). Valid Florida Driver’s License with no driving violations in the past 5 years.
